Food so far.

I enjoy eating and trying new foods but becsuse I want to ensure that I am able to trek I have limited my intake to known food places. This means I have tried mostly only out hotel and one outside place. The hotel serves a buffet style breakfast that is nothing like you find in hotels in the United States because the food is not heat and serve. The hotel chief will make to order eggs and omelets. The omelets are more a Denver style mixed and fried both sides not like the fried on one side folded omelets that I envisioned with the word omelet. At first taste the consistency threw me off because the  egg was just finished. The sides consist of meats and starches that you can find in most places but with a Nepali twist. Curried veggies, pan fried potatoes with large slices of onion, and pancakes. This combination of flavors went well together because it was not a heavy meal.

Dinner was ordered from the hotel also. I decided to enjoy a beer, MoMo beef, and fried spinach with rice. The MoMo was more than enough food but I missed lunch so I over ate. MoMo was steam which had soft suttle flavors that was enhanced but the spicy sauce. MoMo was large enough that you could not just pop them into your mouth so I was forced to cut them in half. Cutting them in half did not allow me to have an equal share of meet filling and starchy wrap. They look like steamed potstickers but they do not have that onion pungent of potstickers.
